Patching of old, broken and water logged ceilings, scraping, compounding, sanding, priming and painting, replace molding and doorway sashes, hang pictures, shelves and installation of vanities and medicine cabinets, assembling of wall units, closets, bookshelves, desks and tables of all makes and models, carefully following assembly instructions. Install and uninstall air-conditioners. Installation of square, self-stick or non-stick ceramic and/or linoleum floor tiles. Installation of door locks and latches. Hang window blinds and curtain rods.
Cleaning and Organizing:
I can move your furniture, clean and organize your home, office, garage, basement and sanitize appliances and office equipment such as stoves and ovens, portable fans, air purifier and desks. I also do yard work and hardwood floor waxing and reviving and almost anything inside and outside your home or office.
There's so much more I have to offer and for a reasonable fee. My only stipulation is that I provide all the tools and labor, you must provide all of the hardware and materials.
