I'm looking for a good painter for my rental properties. You must meet ALL of the following qualifications:
1. Have reliable transportation
2. Have your own generator as some of these properties do not have power yet
3. Own a paint spray machine, extension ladder, and all other standard painters equipment and tools
4. Must be capable of making good drywall repairs and matching ceiling textures, including popcorn
5. Must pay attention to detail. Must do proper prep work. No lazy or sloppy work.
6. Highly preferable, but not required, if you have a pressure washer
7. Highly preferable, but not required, if you have liability insurance
8. Must speak and read English and have a reliable phone capable of sending and receiving pictures
9. Must be able to remove wallpaper

These are rental properties mostly in Atlanta 30310 and 30314. I'm looking to pay $0.80 - 1.00/sqft labor for interior paint jobs. Exterior paint jobs are negotiable. I will supply paint and prep materials, but I do not supply rollers or brushes. I have two jobs ready to start next week and I pay by check every.
