Part time position. Must have hotel cleaning expereince and be able to work between the hours of 10am and 1pm. Please indicate what type of experience you have. 10 hours or more per week. Even through you may not work each day, you must be able to, days and hours are flexible to accommodate bed and breakfast guests. You must live close by in the uptown area. Must be able to start immediately. MUST know how to make a bed anf iron.

General Contractor looking for an efficient, prompt and thorough cleaning team. I have several projects that require a great post construction team to come in assess what needs to be done, give a price and get the work done to satisfaction.
This will be a ongoing position for the right crew. The Ideal crew will have a price list based on residential projects per room. We are looking for a crew that have their own tools, chemicals and transportation. Please respond quickly.

Gardener/ Lawn Care Needed
Gardener needed for standard lot yard. Mowing, edging, blowing, fertilizing and doing a great job weeding EVERY TIME. Roses, shrubs and ivy to be pruned when needed, sweet potato vines cut back often. We basically need someone to take care of our yard with out us having to micro-manage. Really tired of hiring lawn service people that do a good job the first week and slowly slack. Will need occasional mulching, planting etc. 30.00 per week not including mulching, planting etc.. Must take pride in your!!!
