We need someone temporarily and part time to do some maintenance and painting. We are renovating our commercial facility.
The length of the job is uncertain but should be a month or 2. The number of hours available per week may vary based on what we need done at the time. Right now we have several of hours of work to do.
Some late afternoon and evening hours may be needed on certain tasks in order to coordinate hours with others whose help you might need but there are some daytime hours too. This job is suitable for high school or college students. After school hours work well. The location is in downtown Dover.
Things we need done:
-Hanging sheetrock
-Mudding
-Light framing
-Cleaning, scraping, and preparing surfaces for paint, including from a ladder or scaffold
-Painting walls and ceilings, including from a ladder or scaffold
-Cleaning up debris, demolished materials, etc
The facility is fully non-smoking.
