Paying cash for general plumbing remodel work (Woodbury)
Looking to pay cash for assistance with remodeling the basement bathroom of my home and converting adjacent room into bathroom.
Work will require extensive plumbing skill. Basically I have two rooms open to the studs and down to the concrete, one of the rooms has a shower, toilet and sink, the other is totally open. I need the toilet, shower and sink moved in one of the rooms and a new roughed in toilet, shower and sink set up in another one of the rooms.
If able, I'd also like to hire services to frame in and install new 6 foot bathtub.
I will pay in cash and purchase all materials. You will need tools to complete the job (preferably even jackhammer to break up cement - it's a 4" slab).
Apart from the bathtub, which I mentioned needs to be framed and installed, I'll do all of the final work - installing toilets, vanities, sinks, etc.
