Pet sitting for your furry friend (Port Jefferson)
Hello. I offer pet sitting in my home in Port Jefferson.
I run the dog sitting out of my home. I have dogs of my own so there is always a playmate for your furry friend(s).
Going on vacation? Send your dog(s) over here while you are away. You can be assured that they will be taken care of as if they were my own. They will have a large backyard to run around in. There are no pens that the dog will be secluded to as in a regular boarding kennel. They will be free to roam the house(of course always under our watchful eye).
I also offer basic obedience training if needed for an additional fee while the dog is boarding.
I have been working in the dog business for many years and have learned a great deal about them. I have worked with boarding dogs, service dogs at the Guide Dog Foundation, shelter dogs, I actually trained and held classes for dogs, and I have worked at veterinarian offices, and have also done whelps for the Guide Dog Foundation. I consider myself quite a dog aficionado(not to sound big headed), so you can be sure your dog is in good hands.
I do ask that all dogs be up to date with vaccines(Rabies, Distemper, Bordatella) and dogs be spayed/neutered. And of course your dog(s) must be dog and people friendly.
Boarding is $30 per day for one dog/additional $15 per dog for each additional dog
