We are looking for a versatile person with some experience to help care for our pets, tend to house plants and tropical garden, do some housecleaning and do miscellaneous chores as needed.

Job requires some standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting upwards to 25-30 lbs. This job is for someone who is physically fit with ample energy to get the job done and enjoys working outdoors and being around animals and does not mind occasionally getting their hands dirty.

Must be able to work M-W-F approximately 6-8 hours each day. If the fit, desire and drive is right more hours and opportunities may be available at a later date. Must be dependable, reliable, honest, cheerful, energetic, and be able to work independently. The work place is a peaceful, drug & smoke free environment.

Duties would include feeding animals and cleaning of rabbit and chicken cages, picking up doggie poop, washing and grooming dogs, pond maintenance, cleaning of driveways, car washing and other small jobs as needed. Other duties include general house cleaning (4-6 hrs wk) and taking care of indoor and outdoor tropical plants.

We prefer to hire someone already living in the area and who has reliable transportation or is able to walk to work. As stated previously we desire to hire someone with some experience related to this job offer to include some plant care experience.

Speaking fluent English not necessarily required as long as you have the experience and can understand simple phrases and basic commands.
