AK Housings interpretation of HUD's unemployment insurance compensation "extended benefits" rules is brain dead, (need you to prove it! ("federal extended benefits" ended in 2013).
I think it's a moot issue if the extended un-employment benefits cannot apply to an applicant!
This is a obvious RED HERRING & not the legislative intent!
Some diligent HUD people are so close to a problem & have been so tunnel vizion trained that they can't tell the forest from a tree, ie it's a tree so there has to be a forest etc.
If you have had problems with HUD, H4H, NW, Alaska Housing AHFA bureaucrats please tell me your story you can join a class action law!
