My company has been contracted to perform water conservation measures for our client who just acquired 8 multifamily properties in Las Vegas. The scope of work will be to replace existing shower heads with low flow shower heads and to replace bathroom and kitchen faucet sink aerators to low flow aerators. It is relatively simple work but the volume is significant enough that it will take at least a month to complete working 40 hour weeks.
