As many of you may have heard, sadly, Mind, Body and Pole in Vernon, CT., recently closed it's doors in July of 2015. I am currently seeking a Private Instructor for a one-to-one pole fitness/aerial class and to further strengthen my core, upper body and to learn some new routines.
