Many home inspectors in Missouri have no certification or credentials as the state of Missouri does not mandate any such requirements, I have chosen to take these certification exams and continued education even though I'm not required to so that I can provide the best inspections for my clients. My inspection reports are communicated in language anyone can understand and stuffed full of important information about your property. My reports are detailed narratives not some lazy checklist I hand you before I leave, they typically include dozens of photos and 100's more photos will be included digitally along with the report. A digital copy of your detailed, quality home inspection will be emailed within 48 hours of the end of the inspection and an official print copy and picture CD will be mailed directly to your home after that. I inspect in the greater Saint Louis area including all surrounding counties, such as north county, south county, and Saint Charles county. If you are considerably far from my office I sometimes charge a small traveling fee. I work 7 days a week with typical inspections schedules at 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM on weekdays or 11:00 AM or 3:00 PM on Saturday or Sunday. Appointments can be scheduled anywhere from 2 days to a month in advance. My prices are more than competitive based on the size and age of the property.
