We're seeking a beautiful, peaceful new home in the Bellevue, Issaquah, or Redmond area. In addition to paying rent, we're also offering professional home automation technology services.

About us: We are a couple with no kids and no pets. The husband is a part owner of a technology integration company in Bellevue. The company specializes in high-end home automation, audio video systems, as well as security and networking. He is an expert in the industry with 15 years of smart home experience. He loves all things related to technology. The wife just finished a South Indian language program at the University of Wisconsin and is currently teaching meditation for an organization that helps people with addiction recovery. She holds an MA in ecopsychology and has interests in ecology, sustainability, and spirituality. We are both clean, quiet and considerate people. We can provide great references from previous landlords in the Bellevue area.

Our preference is to live in a one bedroom condo or mother-in-law. However, we are also open to a house share if a private bedroom and private bathroom is available. We'd like to be able to move-in right away. We also need room for two clean and respectable vehicles. Street parking is acceptable. Thank you for considering our request.
