92 KQRS, the HOME of classic rock in Minnesota, is seeking individuals to work at the Great Minnesota Get-Together, the State Fair! The State Fair is one of the biggest events of the year for us, and it's a great opportunity for anyone to get to know the ins and outs of the station, our listeners and the music. What do we do at the Fair? We sell station merchandise, interact with our listeners, and promote our brand to the thousands of attendees each day! If you're outgoing, love being outside and enjoy promoting, then this is for you!

You will be responsible for the selling of station merchandise each day of the fair. Other tasks may include, but are not limited to: set up/tear down of station booth each day, maintaining an organized & clean environment, stocking shelves with merchandise, handling and counting money, running credit cards, keeping an up-to-date tally of inventory and general interaction with our listeners.

Must be 18 with reliable transportation to and from the State Fairgrounds in St. Paul. Must be punctual, outgoing, organized and be willing to take on new tasks in a very high-paced environment. The fair runs from Aug. 27th - Sept. 7th, so you must be available to work during that time frame (including Labor Day) between 8am-10pm. Must be available to work at least 50 hours (10 shifts) throughout the 12 day event.
