I am a CA licensed real estate broker and need property finders to help me make contact with homeowners on leads to purchase damaged and old properties for my housing charity that provides free transitional housing to homeless women with children, and veterans with children. For every property you bring or make the contact with owner on, if my investors or I end up purchasing it, you will receive $5000 at close of escrow.
