We are in need of an on call handyman services. We are a property management company that has a lot of handyman projects we need to have completed each month. We are looking for a notable handyman service that can provide us with two handyman, with per hour rates.

Please provide your hourly charge (for two men), and let us know if you are available for on call services. (same day or following day)

It's definitively a bonus if you provide remodeling services as well.

What we require:
Photos of the project (before and after)
General knowledge of home improvements
On time services
Having the tools to complete projects
If the job is larger than a handyman project, we require you to stop by the property take photos and provide us with the details on what is needed to modify, and your separate cost for material and labor.
