Small property management company seeks reliable, dependable, and trustworthy Handyman.
Minimum five years experience working in the industry/field.
Light electrical, plumbing, construction, drywall repair, and other miscellaneous skills related to maintaining rental properties.
Needs to be familiar with working with wood, masonry, etc.
Must have their own tools, transportation, and be able to manage their time to complete projects in a timely manner.
