I'm looking to interview potential partners. I need someone specialized in the leasing side and leasing management side. This is not a training position. I need someone with a successful history in this business and just dont have the business savy, money, or clientel to make it.
I build businesses. I make money.
I'm going to build this company slowly- by slowly I mean probably only 20-50 units year 1. Then I will analyze what I have learned and decide on a calculated growth strategy.
