RECRUITING CONTRACTORS FOR PROPERTY PRESERVATION!
We are searching for experienced property preservation crews that are willing to perform the following tasks:
- Lawn Maintenance (includes Trimming, sodding, leaf removal, etc.)
- Initial Janitorial/Maid Refresh Maintenance
- Debris Removal/Trash Out
- Boarding to HUD specs.
- Bid requests (roofing, plumbing, electrical, mold, pest, etc.)
- Performing light handyman work (hazards and safety issues)
- Securing
- Any additional client requests
This sub-contract position is paid per work order on a net 30 day payment schedule and reported on a 1099. After the first 30 days we may switch to bi-weekly payments if all is going well.
We do not rent out any tools or equipment so you will need to own and maintain tools to complete the tasks listed above for example; mower, edger, blower, trailer, generator, cleaning supplies, handy man tools etc.
Requirements:
Basic Computer Skills
Smartphone and/or tablets
Reliable Transportation
Good Communication Skills
Property Preservation Experience
