We are currently looking for a sub-contractor (1099) to perform preservation services in Orlando and surrounding areas. Services included Initial lawn, Boarded ups, re-keys, Debris removal, Janitorial, Maid Services, Re-cuts.
Must have:
License
Workers Comp coverage or Exemption
Liability Insurance ($100,000,000/2,000,000)
Truck/van
Trailer
Equipment
Android Smartphone
Be will to a background check.
We pay per service, Prices vary per type of service.
For initial service we pay 60%.
