Job Type: Part time
Transportation Required.
Ideally, I am hoping to find someone to work during the week, between 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. for 2-4 hours, once or twice a week.
NOTE: **However the number of hours and how many days per week are FLEXIBLE!!**
There will be some nights and weekend hours available on occasion.
I will have a list of chores and we can discuss them and choose your duties together when we meet. Basic home maintenance cleaning.

??€� Frequency: Every week
??€� Hours: Flexible hours. Most availability will be Monday-Friday, 8am-2pm. But there will be occasional weekend or evening hours available if desired.

-General Cleaning, Home Maintenance: Bathroom Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, General Room Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Window Washing, Surface Polishing, Cleaning Woodwork, Carpet Cleaning, Furniture Treatment, Wall Washing
-Pet Care: Cleanup, Dog brushing, picking up poo, throwing tennis balls for dogs, training
-Lawn and Garden maintenance, weeding
-Garage cleaning and organization
Additional Requirements:

Rates start with a 2 hour minimum.
I currently have a very small budget. But after some home projects are finished, funds can be reallocated to increase this budget. So as it grows, pay will continue to increase, for the right person!
Pay increase opportunities daily, weekly or monthly with PRODUCTIVITY, DEPENDABILITY & LONGEVITY!
Pay varies depending on experience & job(s) you do.
18yrs+$10-$20.00/hour
16-17yrs $4.85-$7.25/hour
12-15yrs $4.00-4.85/hour
