Equipment will be shipped out on December 14, 16, 18 or 22nd depending on filling barge schedules. Crews will leave 3 to 5 days after. All owner operators/drivers are responsible for getting their equipment to the barge staging area in Miami. Work load is anticipated at 3 months to 1 year +/- could be extended.

Contractors with crews must have their own equipment. Contract is for loading and hauling.

Equipment needed:

Trucks with dump trailers, (minimum 30 cu. yards +)
Grapple Trucks, (minimum 40 cu. yards +)
Bobcats with industrial grapples (High Reach)
Excavators with thumbs (12' to 18' minimum reach)
Wheel Loaders

Crews will be provided with:

Assistance with Equipment maintenance.
Breakfast, Dinner and Field Lunches supplied by FEMA.
Accommodations supplied by FEMA

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR INSURANCE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. WORKERS COMPENSATION...........**STATE LIMITS

3. GENERAL LIABILITY.......................$1,000,000.00

**Workman's Comp will be acquired after arrival in Puerto Rico
Through the "Puerto Rico Workers Compensation" program.
