We are two busy nonsmoker parents looking to exchange mostly private housing for part time childcare.
Childcare needed is Mon through Wed. 11:45AM to 4:45PM. Approximately 16 hours per week for two children, one 4.5 years old, and one child 1.5 years old. Our children have no special needs. Other opportunities are available for paid childcare here and there, negotiable.
Living space is a 10x10 bedroom, private bathroom with nice glass block and tile, private living room with owner right of way to garage and laundry, free laundry, Small kitchenette, off street parking, private dead end road with large yard and views. Space is newly remodeled floor, walls, paint.
Heat is included, Wifi is included, Electric is shared by appropriate usage.
Must have a car and clean driving record, years of experience, basic CPR, and First Aid.

Discrete, considerate, respectful smokers not a problem if smoking done outside, and not near children. Nonsmokers ideal
