I am looking to rent to a respectable, clean, drama free person who gets along well with others. Must have a job, and be responsible and of course drug free. Military and Student welcome. We don't want any heavy partying, but we do like to have fun. We do not have pets or children so it is a very peaceful and quiet environment. We work a lot of hours so you would feel like you have the house to yourself.
The house is 5 bed 4 bath, 1900 square feet, with a covered lanai, water features, and a koi pond. It has central air conditioning, and is fully furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, including dish washer, ice maker, and microwave. You will have access to a BBQ, out on the relaxing covered lanai.
Monthly rent is $900 and $500 deposit required, includes all utilities. Well worth it for the type of room and amenities you are getting. Sorry no smoking inside, no pets allowed.
