Bloodlines go all the way back to 1989? Wow, so only 26 years??? hahaha, you realize the German Shepherd breed originated around 1899?
Yet another reason why CKC (Continental) is a crap registry. In 1989, some joe schmo got some unregistered mutts and claimed them to be German Shepherd and registered them with CKC. I could register my cat as any breed of dog with CKC.
If the bloodlines can't be traced back to the breed's origins, then the paperwork is useless and probably.
