The puppy is not FIXED and therefore $250 is not a reasonable fee for a pet that you WANT TO GET RID OF. The SPCA's offer dogs for adoption for under $100 and they are totally vetted to include microchip, vaccines, and neutering or spaying. Be responsible and get the puppy fixed before you GET RID OF him.
