I am not an attorney. However it is my understanding that all employers must allow employees breaks every 2-4 hours. During those breaks you may do what you wish. Of course if the employer says no bathroom use inside a clients house on their lawn etc. state goes without saying. On your lunch break min. 20 minutes again you can do what you wish. Also if you are going to be on a particular job site for a long period of time the employer has to provide bathroom facilities usually with a porta potty.
