I own a 2 story 4-plex, and 2 duplexes in east Boise. Two are near BSU and one is slightly farther south near Broadway and Iowa . I am looking for someone to help me out with general maintenance chores three or four times a year. Currently need gutters cleaned, fence repairs, and some tree trimming and gardening.
