We are in the process of selling off our burn units and our overstock inventory. We are a complete hearth shop that does sales, service, and installs on all of our products and we do service units that aren't our units. We only have 3 units left that are brand new and that have been reduced dramatically. The HZI390PB is made by the fine folks at Regency Fireplace Products. They have been in business for over 35 years and they build some of the most durable and well respected products in the business. The unit is an electronic/surefire ignition system with the option to operate as a standing pilot unit. This is a finely crafted contemporary unit that comes with the blower, standard black 3-sided low profile faceplate that measures/covers an opening up to 25-13/16" High and 39-15/16" Wide (should be slightly less then these measurements), units also comes with a metal cutable oversized backing plate that measures 32-1/2" High and 50-3/8" Wide before trimming to what you would like the size to be, and copper fireglass for on top of and around the burner. If it's a real sticking point you can select another color for under a $100. The 3 remaining colors are black, cobalt blue, and starfire/clear glass. The unit does come in natural gas formation but comes with the LP conversion kit if you are using propane as your fuel. The price above doesn't include a remote, or a vent kit. These can be purchased separately and the only one required to finish the unit is the vent kit, which is $365. The thermostatic remote to adjust the flame height/BTU output and modulate the blower up and down is $399. The normal retail for this unit equipped like this with these options prices out to be $2,850. The unit specs are as follows; 31,000 BTU's on high and modulated down to 22,000 BTU's on low, square footage range based on these BTU's is 1000-1500, 84% efficiency rating, and a tremendously large viewing area of for a unit of this size of 390 sq. in. The minimum fireplace opening size that will accommodate this gas insert is 30" Wide, 20" High, and a depth of 15-1/2" The unit is brand new in a box and comes with the full length of Regency's limited lifetime warranty.
