Regional renovations contractor looking for additional teams in CT. We area busy around the Hartford market, but prefer statewide coverage.
We do renovations and small repair scopes for banks and realtors in our network. We need a couple teams that have experience working with REO properties. If you have to look that acronym up then this is not for you.
We take care of our crews and work with you each stage of the job. We will be working through out the winter and need teams that can as well.
We require GL Insurance, computer with Microsoft Excel, and ability to communicate well.
