We've got a 24/7 hour lockout rehearsal room available to share now. It's around 800sf in size..it's huge! There's wifi, a couch, mini fridge, nicely set up quality 16 channel Presonus digital mixer with recall functions and on board effects, speakers, mood lighting, everything's set up well and the room sounds great.

Security is tight, with 24 hour surveillance cameras covering all angles, and 3 doors to go through before you enter our room.We have a nice communal area that includes foosball tables, and couches/chairs for hanging out. There are bathrooms available right next to our room. This is a fantastic space at $350 per month on a month to month arrangement. We just ask that you're responsible/clean/mature/respectful and pay rent on time!
