I have a cute little guest house for sale and very cheap,but you have to move it,and I can help you with that....Its very easy to move too,no different than moving a mobile home.
Now here's the deal,the house would be 15.000 which includes moving it,and I may neg a little on
that price,its not set in stone.
This is a real stick built house but made to be mobile cause its on runners,and I have the company
sitting on ready so you wouldent have to worry about setting that up unless you think you
could get it cheaper.
Now about the house,its very cute like a little mountaine cottage,has a living room,a bedroom
a kitchenet and a full bathroom with shower.Its perfect for two people.
As I said before,you need your own land to put it on,you could even build your own foundation
out of block instead of it being on runners like it is now
And im willing to do a little financing too as long as you have most of it down.
but I cant do anything about the price for moving it,thats out of my hands which is
approximently 5500.00 or less plus mabee 5000.00 in my pocket and im happy with that.
