This is not necessary a full time commitment. At a minimum 10 hours would have to be worked each week.
- Overtime equals free rent after the project is over (Room can be rented after that)

This works well for someone who either need a lift up or want to save up money.

About the room:
I have one bedroom in a finished basement open. It's in great shape with newer carpet and paint. There is also a bathroom and laundry room available for you to use. (See picture) (Bed Not Included)

About the House:
First, this is NOT a party house. There is a calm and safe environment. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. You will find a drama free environment with privacy and support (if needed).

About Myself:
I am a 30 year old established professional in the IT profession. My background includes a lot of community service, youth and young adult ministry, and business startups. My morals and integrity are solid and based in the Christian Faith.

The Right Person:
Overall I am looking for a decent person with skills who can come in and work as a team with one other person. We are not looking for someone who has a perfect record or background. Everyone makes mistakes and it's how you bounce back that matters. You will find lots of great support no matter what your situation.
