Hello,
I am inquiring for my aunt and uncle. They are selling their home here (closing date on July 2nd) and are looking for a 2 month rental nearby us, on Cobbossee lake (not Cobbossee Stream).
They are looking for a rental beginning on July 1st for 2 months (possibly some time in September as well) and then heading to their retirement home in Florida sometime in September (dates are flexible).
They are in their 60's, retired, no kids and no pets.
Let me know if someone might be able to fill these needs at a realistic price.
ANY of the surrounding towns are fine. Monmouth, Winthrop, Manchester, West Gardiner, Litchfield.
