Ethnifacts Research Assistant Intern

Ethnifacts is a community-based effort to stabilize the neighborhoods small businesses throughout the US, where increased small businesses and product offerings have increased small businesses and start-up's chances of surviving in the many monopolies of online offerings digital marketing age.

Our mission is to serve as a steward for community-controlled land; to be a catalyst for values-driven, community-serving development; to build awareness and community leadership in issues of small businesses, start-ups and long surviving family businesses; and to create programs and initiatives that encourage community building and economic opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with research work plan with Ethnifacts staff
- Conduct research on related to Ethnifacts (Demographic Understanding, Target Personas development, designing user experience, Package design , Greening, Green Building, Community Organizing, Leadership Development) Handle Research Materials
- Prepare written documentation of research findings - Update staff lead on a regular basis
- Complete timesheet weekly
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

- Organized and self-motivated - Flexible

Commitment: Minimum of 5 work hours per week
