I am a professional adult with a disabled adult daughter looking for a 3 bedroom rental in the Dover area. I have been employed with the same Fortune 500 company for the last 7 years and have rented my current home for 11 straight years. I have great references, good credit and a clean background check. My son attends UNH in the honors program and I need to move closer to his location for assistance with my daughter. I have a 20 pound non shedding, house broken adult dog and my daughter has a small indoor cat. If you are looking to rent a house or condo out without worrying about chasing down the rent, I am a great tenant for you. It does not need to be handicap accessible. Looking to move after the summer, (October?), but will wait for the perfect place. 2 sons will be home occasionally as one is at UNH and the other in the Air.
