we were called by another mechanic who said he had a stroke/heart attack and then added he was only 41 and had colon cancer too, so we agreed to bolt the engine up to the transmission a cake job he said for only $250, a two hour contract maximum, what a crock we worked on that piece of junk for 20 plus hours,and are shocked this woman has made false allegations about our services we finished our work agreement/contract but have yet to be fully compensated as agreed.

when we arrived at work location and customer signed contract to perform work to bolt the engine up to transmission and into motor mounts which we full did, we also cleaned because it was filthy and connected wire plugs, [the Hood was already off and inside her garage, the radiator was out and inside the back of the truck, the air breather was off and in back of her truck, the old engine was on a tire in front of her garage and a replacement engine was in back of her truck on a pallet covered in plastic. when we went under the truck we noticed and informed her the exhaust pipe had been cut to remove/pull the previous engine. ] We never saw the pipe her former mechanic had to cut to remove the original engine, but it wasn't our problem because we fulfilled our work performance agreement/contract fully. and we worked for less than minimum wages. 20 plus hours painfully. with an ungrateful customer.

We Never cut any lines or exhaust pipes, the pipe was cut by the original mechanic who pulled the first engine out and helped her find a used replacement engine. My son and I worked over 20 hours on a job which was only supposed to take 2 hours just drop in engine bolt up transmission and done. however we also cleaned the spark plugs, and installed other equipment from other engine for customer.
Just as we were finishing up our agreement work contract customer then she asked if we could also replace the timing belt water pump plus oil pump and seals to meet requirements for a one year warranty from junkyard on engine.

I/ we said as a separate contract agreement only, we would put some numbers together and submit a quote for her approval.

we had finished our contractual terms already upon final connection of the plug wires on the engine we had also installed water pump, and power steering pump and serpentine belt and spark plugs wires and distributor and all wires except those that connect to radiator and air breather sensor plugs for those items all other were connected even though she Never supplied a Haynes or Chilton truck owners manual book which she promised she would print for us online but NEVER DID.

we completed our contract and more then settled up and left, gave her a full copy of the work contract agreement she had signed and initialed and left. she had given us several small 8 seconds energy drinks as a $100 bonus for sum of the 20 hours we worked on her engine and truck.

This customer declined our bid/quote for the timing belt water pump and oil pump replacement quote, and our previous contract was complete, she was happy when I left her, hours later she then began sending terrible texts to my cell phone and it appeared she may have some mental stability issues by attacking my parenting and family? totally uncalled for and unforgivable I/we cannot return to a customer who abuses us and is ungrateful as she was. as soon as we discovered her false allegation slanderous ads on Craigslist we have notified her to remove said damaging false allegations and may seek damages for the loss in work we have sustained due to false allegations. Our works have Never been less than professional and our customers have always been happy. this is one we never should have accepted.

One mechanic getting rid of a head ache and putting his unfinished halfass job on us, because as he claims he can beat any written quotes, what he doesnt say is because he finds poor innocent fools to put the jobs off on by making us/them feel sorry for his claimed health issues. true or false he pretended to be sick and over medicated when I called him back from jobsite he coughed and said oh Im dizzy feel sick, then after a minute he began to talk normally. then a few days later after we finished the job entirely we see his ad on craigslist saying "he can beat ANY written estimate" well i see how now for sure creep. just under bid the job, any job and get paid then put off on another mechanic because he cannot do the work himself. He just called me and offered to send me pictures of his butt to prove he has colon cancer? I don't wanna see that, and it doesn't make it right to lean on that for an excuse to steal work you cannot possibly complete by underbidding and then getting some poor schmuck to do all the hard work for pennies then u get paid the real bucks? wow, we have bills to pay and need to buy food too jerk. Competitive advertisement doesn't include lying under bidding then shell game to get works done. Thats just fraud in my opinion. oh and heres a picture of the energy drinks the customer sold/traded us for additional $100 we got six cans and have 3 empties left. turns out she claims ownership yet doesn't own trademark logo. Because she is a swindler a con artist. T. Swindell 8.0 seconds energy drinks trademark owned by T.Swindell but it is owned by the PBR. Inc.
