If your roof is in poor condition and leaking, what are the chances that a coat of paint will repair the leak and extend the life of the roof? Yes, it's just paint regardless of their claims of "space age, technological breakthrough" nonsense.

Doubt me? Do a little research on your own before you sign anything. Read the ingredients on the label of roof coating (if they will even show you the label of ingredients) and compare to the list of ingredients on a can of house paint for your front door. HAH! It's paint. And paint, no matter how thick, won't fix a bad roof any more than painting a rotten piece of wood will make it sprout leaves and start growing.

Use your head. If your shingles are past their useful life, what are the chances that paint will "restore" them? If your flat roof is leaking water after a rain, what are the chances a coat of paint will last under an inch of water?
