Im a Real Estate Broker and Contractor. Small time. I receive many inquiries for roofing work.
I would like to find a licensed and insured roofer who I can work with. He would need to be honest, reliable, professional and NOT have any issues with sharing the profit from jobs. Someone who would appreciate the additional work I will provide. Someone who will not go behind my by back and try and steal "clients"
