You will have a private bathroom and the option to rent a parking space for $15/mo (otherwise, uncovered community parking is free). I have WiFi, Hulu, and Netflix so there is no need to pay for those, you can just use mine and it's on me.
Rent is $450 a month with a $300 non-refundable deposit.... or, $525 a month with a $150 refundable deposit.
I have a washer and dryer in my apartment you're welcome to use.
It's a two bed two bath layout, so there will be privacy. Also, it has a back deck that's perfect for relaxing.
