You are responsible for your own bills and groceries of course. Smoking is ok outside and I am 29 years old male and am 420 friendly. No other drugs allowed. Fairly private person. Respectful of privacy. Please have a full time job, not something part time just to make rent. I work pretty early in the morning and my off time varies.
