The apartment is right next to the Kendall T stop, adjacent to MIT, and offers a view of the Charles River through the living room windows and balcony. We share a fairly large kitchen, as well as a large living room space. There is a closet in the room, and three more in the hallway that are shared, as well as a coat/shoe area in the entry way. The apartment building has a large laundry room downstairs, a small gym, a meeting/party room on the top floor, and has a 24/7 concierge (they accept packages and assist guests).
