Couple with well trained and behaved elderly dog. Looking for accommodation in the Portland, South Portland or Cape Elizabeth area. I am a carpenter and would consider house projects or maintenance for a reduction in rent.
I have a large project in the Cape Elizabeth area which keeps me busy during the day and my girlfriend works at UNE in Biddeford. We are new to the area and I am in the process of selling my home in VT so I am looking for something affordable at least through the winter months.
A semi- furnished area would be preferable but not vital, and a storage area where I can keep my tools.
