I am getting desperate here.
I had a potential roommate, but circumstances out of our control may have changed this.

I am a drama free, gainfully employed female, relocating to Elyria. My job transfer should be completed by next week, but it is guaranteed.

I am drug free, rarely drink, smoker, but have no issues with smoking outside. I own no pets, but am not opposed to a roommate with a pet.

I can provide references.

Prefer rent no greater than $400, but am willing to negotiate.
