Responsibilities:
•Independently generate new sales revenue
•Prospect for leads to build a pipeline, including heavy cold calling-from Realtors and Apartment Complex Managers and Friends and Family
•Work the leads provided to you as hard as you can
•Manage accounts to retain existing business and grow share of business
•Track and maintain all sales activities in company CRM (Salesforce)
•Use business development skills to identify, qualify and develop relationships with prospective clients
•Maintain solid understanding of current market conditions and business trends to create business that meet or exceed company margin objectives
•Participate actively in growth of markets to exceed team goals
•Gather information to make solid independent decisions
•Participate in regular sales meetings, work with management on goals and forecasting
•Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to sell value add

Qualifications:
•6 months outside sales experience (preferred)
•Computer knowledge, with ability to learn and become proficient in all software used by Frontier Moving
•Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card
•Strong work ethic, natural positive attitude
•Commitment to become an expert in our industry
•Persistent, no quit attitude, natural closer
•Ability to establish rapport quickly
•Ability to sell and navigate through tough conversations and negotiations
