EARNING POTENTIAL OF $200-$1000+ PER WEEKEND. You will have ZERO $$ investment.
I need someone to host a yard sales/run flea market and swap meet booths for me.
I will supply all the inventory.
I am looking for someone with a large front yard or similar area where they can host a large yard sale. I have a lot of merchandise that is not compatible with my sales outlet. I buy large lots of items and often have leftovers that I cannot handle.
You need not meet ALL the requirements listed below, but The ideal candidates would be:
* Honest and trustworthy (required)
* A couple( not required) with the ability to hold/go to sales one to two times each month.
* Located on or near a major lane of traffic.
* Have access to a truck, station wagon or van. (not required) A trailer would be a plus. (not required)
* Be willing to process scrap wire and turn it in to recycler. (not required)
* Have internet capability to promote the sale online.
* Be willing to spend 30-60 minutes before the sale hanging signs and after removing them.
* Have storage area for unsold product to hold until next sale. (not required)
* Be able to secure a location for holding the sale that is suitable. (required)
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREEN FOR ILLEGAL DRUGS & CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK (NO theft or violence: minor offense may be discussed)
I WILL SUPPLY ALL INVENTORY.
To avoid confusion, you may not sell your items at our sales. You will earn 50% commission on all items sold during the sale. Previous sales have netted as much as 2000 in 2.5 days. All we require of you is a commitment of time and effort.
