QR Code Link to This Post Foster Home Farm Project is seeking a small rent to own farm to establish as a home for kids in foster care and eventually adoptees. The project goal is to get the farm operating as a sustainable permaculture style organic farm marketing through a farm stand and a farm store in a nearby city.

Once the farm is operating well, the farmhouse will be opened up to kids in foster care and possibly adopting some kids who need a family. By a middle-aged gentleman who is an experienced parent (five adult children), teacher and used to live and work on a farm. The focus is to be on sibling groups that would otherwise not be able to stay together while in foster care or to be adopted together into a single permanent home.

We will also make a couple of stalls available for rescued horses because horses and kids do well together. we will keep the farm as a farm for at least two generations since one of my sons is committed to that. I have two of my adult sons willing to help get everything going.

We just need to find the right farm at a good price or a parcel of unused land that could be turned into a farm. The more bedrooms that the house has the better.
