I am relocating to the area from Ohio for a new job that starts on May 26, 2015. I am a clinical social worker, a non-smoker, divorced with no children and I am quiet and responsible. I am seeking a furnished room with a private bath/in-law suite in a non-smoking and drug free home. Although, I would prefer a female only home I am open to other possibilities. I am willing to pay between $125 and $175 per week pending what utilities are included.
