Seeking, Professional Cleaning Services (indianapolis)
I am seeking, for someone who is willing to perform excellent, check in and checkout cleanings for vacation rental.
Cleaning is for a 200 square feet studio room, with bathroom and small lanai.
Cleaner would need to be very detail oriented to ensure that room is cleaned immaculately well.
Jobs entail:
Pick up snack items and water bottles in costco, once or twice a month.
Upon every Checkout:
Do Laundry (Blankets, Towels, Sheets, Pillow Cases)
Clean, room, bathroom, lanai.
Restock with snacks and water bottle.
Empty out trash and vacuum cleaner in room
Rate for king bed is $35 every clean.
Rate for two double beds are $45.
Guests usually check out by 12 pm and check in times are at 3 pm.
Looking for reliable, trustworthy, dependable person, who can keep room maintained well, and kept fresh and clean for guests checking in.
Have had rental since years 2006, and looking for cleaners because my cleaners of long term moved to mainland.
Rooms I am helping out with are growing and will have more accounts, and looking for a really solid long term cleaner to partner with!
