Seeking a roommate to move into the recently vacated room. My roommate of a month left without telling and left me without much of a word. Looking for someone reliable and won't flake out on me after a month. The apartment is situated on Elm St. in Milford, five minute walk from the Oval and park access behind the house. Pretty good location, though there is traffic noise that is easy to phase out after awhile.

The apartment is on the second floor of a private house, the bedroom is very spacious and has two large windows. Rent is $930 a month, plus utilities, so averages about $550-$600 per person. You will need a full month of rent + security deposit to move in, as per my landlord's request. Internet is currently through Comcast, Electricity is through Eversource, and heat (natural gas) is through Liberty Utilities.

I'm a 22 year old woman who works almost every day and pretty much keeps to herself. If i'm not at work, I'm normally over at my parent's house so the apartment is pretty open. I do have a 2 year old dog, he is a hound/lab mix and is very well-behaved. He's a sweetheart, and when I'm not home, he is crated in my bedroom as to not bother you. When I am home, he's normally by my side for the most part, and also comes with me when I go out.
