We are seeking experienced videographers for our volunteer team to shoot and edit footage of the groundbreaking work occurring at The Actors Theatre Workshop. ATW has long been on the front lines of disciplined, creative training for theater professionals and individuals committed to fulfilling their creative potential. It has also been a safe haven for thousands of at-risk and homeless youth. Our original theater and education techniques have been tremendously successful with both our professional acting students, and the children we teach in our after-school Builders of the New World program.

We have many years of footage from our adult acting workshops and community programs that we want to share with you and the world. After sharing some of these videos online and receiving such positive feedback from every corner of the globe, we are taking steps to make our work more accessible.

By working directly with this material, you will gain deep insight into the emotional and psychological breakdown of drama, and understand the importance of script analysis, which are both essential to creating compelling narratives through film.

We are seeking experienced videographers to shoot and edit footage of our community programs, acting workshops, our Open Mic Night, and our New Play Reading Series. Skills in shooting, lighting, audio, pre/post production, logging, editing, and Final Cut Pro are required.
